Shipping Rates

  • We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹50 applies.
  • Note: In some areas, an extra ₹50 charge may be added due to courier restrictions.

Order Processing

  • We aim to process orders promptly after they are placed. Typically, orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Shipping Time

  • For most deliverable locations, we aim to deliver within 5–7 days.
  • Please note that delivery may be delayed by 2–3 business days in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Exchange

2-Day Return Policy

  • Items purchased from Usmani Store are eligible for return if the request is made within 2 days of delivery.
  • For damaged products, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
  • The return process may take 5–7 days to complete.
  • For returning a single item, a courier handling fee of ₹75 will apply.
  • For multiple returns, a fee of ₹50 per item will be charged.
  • If a courier is returned due to incomplete or incorrect details provided by the customer, a fee of ₹75 will apply for one item, and ₹50 per item for multiple items.

Returns Policy

  • Customers may initiate a return request within 1 days of delivery by emailing us at [email protected] or by submitting a return form on our website.
  • Once verified, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.
  • For defective products, please send images to [email protected], and we’ll follow up. Upon verification, a refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are processed directly to your bank account and may take up to 7–10 days.
  • Note: In the interest of hygiene, returns may be refused if items show signs of wear, washing, or soiling.
  • If reverse pickup isn’t available at your location, we may request you to handle the return via self-shipping.

  • For defective or damaged-in-transit items, a refund will be issued upon confirmation by our support team.
  • In case of wrong or missing items, we can either ship replacements (subject to availability) or issue a refund.

  • Orders may be canceled on our end if incomplete address details are provided.
  • For prepaid orders, if cancellation is requested after 24 hours, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
