For prepaid orders, if the order is canceled after 24 hours, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Usmani Store offers free shipping across India for prepaid orders. For COD orders, an additional fee of ₹50 applies.

7. Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or submit a return request on our website. Returns for single items incur a handling fee of ₹75, while multiple items are charged at ₹50 per item.
Refunds for returns or cancellations are processed directly to your bank account and may take 7–10 business days.
